The pigeon has no epidemiological significance in the maintenance and spread of avian influenza!
Recent studies indicate that chickens are not sensitive to SARS-CoV-2 infection. Currently, there is no data for pigeons, but by anology it can be assumed that birds are not relevant in COVID 19 epidemiology!
